Baseball Meets Zombie Apocalypse
Forget home runs — in Batter Up!, your swings aren't for scoring points, they're for smashing zombies off the map. You're a pixelated wooden hero, stranded in the middle of a zombie-infested battlefield, and your only weapons are a baseball bat and a ball. There's no cheerleader. There's no referee. It's just you, the zombies, and the "thud!" every time you hit the bull's-eye.
Setting & Graphics: Retro And Arcade-Style Chaos
Batter Up! has a classic pixel art style, with characters and zombies designed in a square shape, reminiscent of old 16-bit games. Although simple, each hit and dodge feels "real" and easy to follow. Each time a grave rises from the ground, it brings a chilling feeling that urges you to quickly hit and destroy the zombies
How To Play
The character can move depending on you using the WASD keys, then perform the baseball bat swing with the mouse. Each time you hit a zombie, the bat or ball will fly out — you have to chase after it to pick it up, while still avoiding the zombies that are surrounding from all directions.
Remember This
Touching a zombie more than 3 times is game over, so always keep your distance, gather them in one place, then make a precise hit to take out the whole group at once.
Survival Tips
- Keep your distance: Don't try to hit them one by one, lure them closer and "wipe them all" at once
- Pick up the ball/stick quickly: You can't attack without them, so always keep an eye on your weapon's location
